GINGERBREAD MUFFINS
Ingredients
- 1 eggs
- ⅓ cup molasses
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 ¼ cups flour
- ⅓ tablespoon baking soda
- ⅓ tablespoon ground cloves
- ⅓ tablespoon ground ginger
- ¼ lb butter melted
- ⅓ cup hot water
- cinnamon optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Bake in paper lined muffin tins at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Batter will keep for 2 weeks in refrigerator
