Best Chicken Wings Marinade Recipe


  • 1 ½ teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion granules
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
  • ¼ Salt
  • cayenne


  • In a bowl, add the paprika, parsley, garlic powder, onion granules, soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne, olive oil, salt, and lemon juice.
  • Mix all the ingredients till well combined.
  • Wings marinade is ready for use.


The quantity made in this post will marinate 1kg (2lb) of chicken. If you need more than that, you can double or triple the recipe.
Substitute black or cayenne pepper for any other type of ground pepper.
The marinade can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for 24 hours or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Marinate chicken wings for at least 2 hours to get them infused with the flavors.
