Stovetop Meatballs
- 1 ½ lb ground beef
- 1 ½ lb ground pork
- 1 ⅛ cup panko bread crumbs
- ¾ cup parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup ricotta cheese
- 1 ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- splash milk
- sauce
Combine ground beef, pork, breadcrumbs, parmesan, ricotta, eggs, milk, garlic, and spices in a bowl. Mix with your hands until thoroughly combined. Form into small meatballs and place on baking sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Brown meatballs.
Warm sauce in pot and add meatballs to finish cooking.
