Joanne Conner’s Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped apples
- ½ cup margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp salt
- 2½ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup whole milk
Instructions
- Beat together margarine and sugars.
- Mix in eggs
- In a separate bowl, stir together dry ingredients
- Mix milk into dry ingredients.
- Fold in apples.
- Bake at 350 for 45 min – 1 hour.
