- Dissolve yeast in warm water.  Stir in oil, sugar, salt and half of the flour. 
- Stir in remaining flour until dough forms. 
- Knead for approximately 5 minutes; until dough is smooth and springy. 
- Grease a large bowl;  place dough in bowl, turning it over to coat all sides.  Cover and let rest for 30 minutes. 
- Heat oven to 425℉ 
- Divide dough in half. (Recipe is enough for two pizzas.) 
- Place one dough ball on greased cookie sheet or pizza pan and press dough into a 12" circle.  Dough should be slightly thicker at the edges of the circle. 
- Prick crust thoroughly with a fork and bake 8-10 minutes until it begins to brown. 
- Flip crust over. 
- Top with sauce, cheese, and toppings, spreading to within 1/2" of edge. 
- Bake 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden.  (TIMES WILL VARY.)
