Potato Salad

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp prepared mustard
- ½ tsp celery seed
- 1-2 tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1 cup onion chopped small
- 2-3 hard boiled eggs chopped
- celery, to taste optional
- 4 cups cooked potatoes diced
