Portuguese Sweet Bread I

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • ⅓ cup white sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

  • Add ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer.
  • Select "sweet bread" setting.

Excellent texture.
