Light Oatmeal Bread

Course: Side Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cups flour (or 2 ½ c. white flour + ½ c. whole wheat)
  • 1/2 cup quick cooking or regular oats
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons yeast

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to bread machine per machine instructions and bake.
