The dough is sticky to handle. Dusting the surface of dough and counter top, generously with flour will prevent its tendency to stick and will help to handle the dough smoothly.
You can increase or decrease(1 or 2 tablespoons) the hydration of dough according to how easily you can manage the sticky dough.But the crumb texture will vary according to the hydration of the dough. You will get a tighter crumb for low hydration and open crumb for high hydration.
