Affogato

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (or vanilla gelato)
  • 1 oz espresso (1 shot) (1 TBSP), or strong brewed coffee

Instructions

  • Add 1 scoop of ice cream to a serving bowl or glass.
  • Add chocolate shavings or other toppings if desired.
  • Pour 1 shots of hot espresso or strong brewed coffee over the ice cream and serve right away.
