Stovetop Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb ground beef
  • 1 ½ lb ground pork
  • 1 ⅛ cup panko bread crumbs
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • splash milk
  • sauce

Instructions

  • Combine ground beef, pork, breadcrumbs, parmesan, ricotta, eggs, milk, garlic, and spices in a bowl. Mix with your hands until thoroughly combined. Form into small meatballs and place on baking sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Brown meatballs.
  • Warm sauce in pot and add meatballs to finish cooking.
